The merchant will be held responsible and liable to Philippine Laws and International Laws accordingly if they will not follow Agree sa Agri Community guidelines to strictly sell credible, reliable, authentic and clean produce and products. Each merchant is allowed to put their own disclaimers in their merchant store in line with our community guidelines.
Consumers are required to submit their Government issued valid and not expired Identification to ensure and protect our merchants from bogus buyers that consumers in this platform are professional and genuine consumers. A consumer who does not follow the community guidelines will be held responsible and liable to Philippine Laws and International Laws accordingly.
